Adaptive Reuse
We love to restore vintage buildings and make them work for modern families. We follow EPA's Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP) to mitigate any potential lead paint contamination. We have an in-house wood shop and are able to fabricate and replicate custom moldings, interior trim, and built-ins. We specialize in level 5 plaster wall finishes, as well as antique plaster wall and ornament repairs. We work in tile, marble and stone.
High Performance Retrofits
We will work with you to plan upgrades to your existing home, whether it’s a new kitchen, or an improved building envelope. We can help determine the source of leaks from roofing, ice damming, interior condensation, and bulk water problems. For weatherization services we partner with local specialists for air sealing and insulation. We are Passive House Certified Builder and can build to Passive House standards.
